IBM ThinkPad Repair Service:
We repair laptops for home users, businesses and computer repair centers all over the US. Unlike most computer repair centers, we have the necessary laptop parts in stock to troubleshoot and the extra experience to diagnose any problem accurately and quickly. An experienced, certified technician will do all of the work on the unit and it will be returned in a timely manner. Current laptop repair turnaround time is usually 3 - 4 business days. Laptops ship out the AM after the repair is complete.
When the unit is repaired it will be professionally packaged and insured and will ship out the day after the repair is completed.
If you decide not to fix your laptop after it has been diagnosed it will be returned in the original condition. We do promise to offer a competitive price on parts and honestly diagnose your system.
Shipping your laptop:
The laptop should be shipped with a carrier that offers tracking, such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. USPS is an option, they offer delivery confirmation but no tracking and their service is usually reliable. Insurance (optional) is available from these carriers for a small additional fee.
Your laptop should be packaged with 2" of cushioning on all sides. Bubble wrap and peanuts are recommended. FedEx / Kinkos shipping centers offer a free laptop shipping box available if you decide to ship your laptop with them. Other shipping centers will also be happy to package and ship your laptop for you for a small fee.

Pricing:
For online customers we offer free diagnostics. We charge an affordable flat rate of $60/hr. with a 2 hour ($120) maximum labor fee.
We will offer a solution for any type of problem. Most repair parts are in stock and all parts pricing is reasonable and usually cheaper than other parts dealers.
