We can often recover data from a drive if the partitions have disappeared, if it has been attacked by a virus, if it is missing files due to accidental deletion, FDISKed and formatted drives, etc. 

Even if someone has told you the data is gone there is still a chance we can recover the data using the latest software recovery tools.

Sometimes data can be recovered without extensive recovery options.

If we are able to recover the data in house, we charge a flat fee of $100 for the recovery. We will back your data up onto CDs.

If your drive has a mechanical failure or requires extensive recovery options, we offer the option of sending it out. We are partnered with the largest data recovery specialists in the world (OnTrack) and offer their services at a discount. Sometimes information is priceless and sometimes this is the most cost effective solution to data loss. Initial diagnostics is $150. If the drive can be recovered, a quote will be given. Recovery costs range from $1000 - $3000. We have clients who are very pleased with this option after liquid spills and lightning strikes.

If your hard drive's head has crashed and it grinds, the grinding sound is the data being wiped out. Unfortunately, these drives are often totally unrecvoerable due to the physical damage the platters that store data.
