Joseph Foster of Durham, NC writes bad checks.
He wrote one here. We asked nicely for a few weeks to get the bill paid but it turns out Joseph is a criminal and makes a living out of defrauding people and businesses in the area.
He is a thief and a liar and does this on a regular basis.
We will update this post once he is arrested (they always are).

Foster was served 09/19/08.
His court date is in early November.
We expect he'll pay up at that time so that he can go write more bad checks.
More news to come. -

Joe decided not to pay and is currently in jail.

Well, they let him out EARLY and we were never paid for the bad check.
Since NC has no decent check program we've decided to stop taking checks.
